Food has a massive impact on mental health and anxiety levels for Sensitive Souls and in this workshop we will be addressing these issues. This is a one-day workshop including a very delicious plant-based lunch.

As a Sensitive Soul / HSP we tend to experience illness more deeply and find ourselves living and coping with many more food sensitivities and emotional/mental sensitivities.

Stress comes in many different forms, but food stress is one that severely impacts the body and can contribute to a host of issues.

Food also has a massive impact on mental health and anxiety levels for Sensitive Souls and in this workshop we will be addressing these issues.

This is a one-day workshop including a very delicious plant-based lunch.

We will cover:

- Foods to help you thrive
- Foods for anxiety and stress
- Foods for sleep
- Food allergies and how to help yourselves
- Why calories don't count
- Giving you the tools to feel empowered
- How to listen to your body
- How to be prepared

The workshop will be held at the beautiful Tye Barnes in Great Bentley - 20 minutes from Colchester. This tranquil and country setting will give us the opportunity to delve deeply whilst feeling safe and calm.

This evening will be a tour of the gin world; hopefully a bit of education, hopefully a bit of fun! Topics will include a discussion on what gin actually is, a look at botanicals, a look at distilling, and a healthy dose of tasting. The evening will be hosted by James Clark, the founder of The Ely Gin Company. As well as tasting at least five different gins through the course of the evening, all attendees will receive a "goodie bag" to the value of £7.50.
