As a Sensitive Soul / HSP we tend to experience illness more deeply and find ourselves living and coping with many more food sensitivities and emotional/mental sensitivities.
Stress comes in many different forms, but food stress is one that severely impacts the body and can contribute to a host of issues.
Food also has a massive impact on mental health and anxiety levels for Sensitive Souls and in this workshop we will be addressing these issues.
This is a one-day workshop including a very delicious plant-based lunch.

The workshop will be held at the beautiful Tye Barnes in Great Bentley - 20 minutes from Colchester. This tranquil and country setting will give us the opportunity to delve deeply whilst feeling safe and calm.
